First, everything said in your video is converted into text, word by word. An AI then reads the entire text and looks for moments that hook viewers instantly – punchlines, gripping statements, surprising twists or emotional outbursts, matching the mood you picked when uploading. Finally, it compares all the moments it found and turns the strongest ones into your clips.

No, the AI goes by what is said. That's why it finds the best moments where people talk – while commentating, discussing or reacting. For videos without speech, such as pure gameplay without commentary, the selection doesn't work reliably.

It tells the AI what to look for – for example “Funny” for punchlines and laughs or “Suspenseful” for cliffhangers and twists. With “Automatic/Best-of”, the AI decides on its own and picks the strongest moments overall, regardless of mood.

It determines which layouts the editor offers you: for gameplay you can, for example, stack your facecam above the game footage, for a podcast you can arrange up to four people side by side or on top of each other. It has no effect on which moments are selected.

Up to 12 clips per video, each between 15 and 90 seconds long. The AI only takes moments that are genuinely good enough – so a quiet video may result in fewer clips. Videos up to 90 seconds are used in full as a single clip.

It is the AI's estimate of how strongly the moment grabs viewers and keeps them watching – the higher, the greater the potential. It is meant as guidance, not a guarantee of reach.

Not necessarily. The AI rates a little differently on every run, so the selection and number of clips can differ if you upload the same video again.

Yes. In the editor you can shorten any clip or extend it beyond the AI's suggestion, correct and color the subtitles, and adjust the layout and framing. You can edit a clip for up to 48 hours after processing and download it for 14 days.

Our AI achieves high accuracy for clearly spoken language. After generation, you can manually adjust text, colors and styles in the editor whenever you like.

It mainly depends on the length of your video and the number of clips. As a guideline: a three-hour stream is ready about 45 minutes after uploading. The page has to stay open while uploading, otherwise the upload is cancelled. After that you can close it – you'll get an email as soon as your clips are ready.

Billing is based on the total length of the uploaded source video. For example, if you upload a 15-minute video, 15 minutes are deducted from your monthly quota. How many clips you generate from your source video is up to you – only the uploaded video minutes are ever deducted from your quota.

Yes, all subscriptions are completely flexible and cancellable with a single click – monthly plans monthly, yearly plans yearly.

Unused minutes expire at the end of the respective billing period. At the start of the new month, your quota is automatically topped up to your plan's full allowance.

Yes, anytime on the pricing page. An upgrade applies immediately: you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the term (you see the amount beforehand), and the larger minute allowance is available right away. A downgrade takes effect at the end of your paid term – until then you keep your current plan.

You can upload MP4, MOV, MKV (for example straight from OBS) and WebM, or import a VOD from your connected Twitch channel. The maximum file size depends on your plan: 5 GB (Eco), 10 GB (Starter), 20 GB (Pro) or 50 GB (Agency).

Your data is safe. We only use your videos to process them within your account and never pass them on to independent third parties. You can delete your clips anytime; deleting your account also fully removes all uploaded source videos.

No, none of our paid plans include any watermark. Your finished short videos are 100% yours.
